Jonathan Menuhin, PhD
Jonathan's career has focused on links between organizational processes and strategic needs for more than 20 years, working as an Organizational Development consultant; an economics and business consultant in EBRD and the World Bank projects; business strategy researcher and lecturer, managing the Israeli major CSR and Sustainability consultancy; and as the Institute CEO. Jonathan received his PhD from Warwick Business School (UK) on analyzing HSBC (UK) innovation processes and has BA and MA degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Tal Biran Ben Gal
Tal has gained experience in analyzing initiatives and projects, incorporating goals, resources and the required operational structure.
In her previous position as Director of HealthIL (formerly BeWell.il), Tal initiated innovative partnerships and projects aimed to strengthen the health care ecosystem in Israel. Successfully planning, implementing, and executing ventures locally and globally while harnessing the power of key players in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining the institute, Tal managed government projects with the collaboration of the European Union.
Tal holds an M.A. in International Relations from the Faculty of Economics at La Spinza University in Rome, where she graduated with honors.

Orlie Dahan
After completing the Israeli Air Force service, a B.A. in Business from IDC and following her passion for transportation, Orlie worked for a private aviation company and then founded her first company, constructing 2-wheeled electric vehicles. Orlie has represented the Israeli transport sector in Europe recently, enhancing international collaborations for joint R&D.
Following 15 years’ experience in transportation, exploring different modes and roles in transportation, Orlie is now leading the Smart Mobility Community – EcoMotion with more than 600 startups and 11,00 community members.

Sivan Cohen Shachari
Sivan is the executive director of DeserTech, a non-profit desert technologies innovation ecosystem which plays a key part in the Negev regional economic development initiative. DeserTech is a joint venture of Israel Innovation Institute, Merage Foundation Israel, KKL and others (BGU, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Be'er Sheva municipality).
Prior to joining the Israel Innovation Institute, she led the "gap year program" at Bina - the Jewish Movement for Social Change and was involved building processes of many communities in the Negev.
Sivan graduated with a BA in Hebrew Literature and Education from Ben Gurion University in Be'er Sheva.

Naama Baor
A natural born do-er, who can think strategy and making the impossible possible. Currently the Ecosystem Developer at HealthIL, growing the community from 2000 to~7000 (and counting) community members forming strategic partnerships. Previously was the Community Manager and Growth at Innovesta startup, A Crowd Diligence Platform. Before that Naama was part of the founding team of TOM:Tikkun Olam Makers. Naama played a key role in expanding the organization's presence in Europe and across Israel.
Naama has extensive community building and growth expertise, production and management experience; fundraising, operations, team management, production, partner & strategic relations, and media coordination.

Adi Reches
Bringing together her two greatest passions, innovation and healthcare, Adi has joined the HealthIL team in order to lead its Health Organizations’ innovation array helping health organizations in Israel in their efforts to build innovation work-frames and culture. She is also responsible for the overall strategy of developing innovation and collaboration efforts within the community.
Prior to joining the team, she served as an Innovation Strategist and Business Developer, working closely with senior management teams and talents to drive sustainable innovation within their organizations across different industries and countries. She holds an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from Ben Gurion University

Noga Yaari
Noga was recruited to EcoMotion in order to form a platform for knowledge-sharing, networking and collaboration. Previously, Noga relocated to Washington DC and worked at the Embassy of Israel as an Assistant to the Israeli Air Force Attaché. Upon returning to Israel, she was recruited by Taptica as an Assistant to the Group CEO and later continued as a Sales & Business Development Manager in the company. Noga is completing her B.A. in Management at the Open University of Israel (Summa Cum Laude)

Rachel Feder
Rachel manages the financial affairs of the Institute following 12 years’ experience in profit companies and non-profit organizations. Previously worked in Freimann Productions, an advertising and high-tech company, as a Chief Financial Officer, responsible for accounts and payroll of 50+ employees and was a management member.

Doron Meller
Doron was raised on a Negev Desert Kibbutz, working the land and maintaining the agriculture equipment. Throughout the years he has worked as a consultant to Israeli "blue-chip" companies on sustainability and CSR. Doron has joined the company in order to lead the Israel's agriculture and food tech ecosystem. At the beginning of 2018, Doron established the GrowingIL community (Ag- tech) and two years later he was appointed as the VP of the Israel Innovation Institute. Doron holds M.A. in Management (Cum Laude) from Ben-Gurion University and for several years has volunteered as a strategic consultant for Israeli's NGO's.

Yael Ophir
Yael is the Executive Director of HealthIL, the prominent integrator between healthcare challenge and tech companies in Israel, domain experts in Healthcare Innovation, Digital Transformation and community engagement, leading the Israeli healthcare system to its next-level.
Prior to joining Israel Innovation Institute, Yael was a Business Development Manager at NovellusDx, a cancer diagnostic start-up. Yael obtained her M.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences, summa cum laude, from the Hebrew University specializing in immunology and cancer research.

Romi Davidor
Romi holds a B.A in Sustainability & Governance from IDC Herzliya. Before shifting to innovation, Romi worked at the CSR & Sustainability Consulting Group, BDO.
In 2018 Romi joined the Israel Innovation Institute with a clear vision of forming a professional, first of its kind community in the field of innovation management in organizations, corporates, and on a geographical level.
Following this passion, Romi co-founded the CatalystIL community, which is now run by her, with more than1900 community members, 250 innovation managers, and 100+ professionals- all part of the ecosystem.

Dana Kedar
Dana brings her expertise in the Marcom field, helping start-ups communicate all aspects of marketing: Branding, PR, content management, websites management and social media. Dana is well experienced with client-relations as well as in events production. Prior to her current role, Dana was a Marcom & Project manager at PearlCom. Dana is a certified Lawyer and holds a B.A in Business Administration and L.L.B from the IDC Herzeliya.

Yoav Fisher
Yoav works with the HealthIL team in a formalistic, challenge-based and holistic approach to encourage innovation in the field of health, bringing a unique background from the world of start-ups, venture and business strategy.
Prior to HealthIL, Yoav worked for one of the leading health-focused venture capital firms in Israel. Before that, he worked as an independent business/finance/strategy consultant to the startup ecosystem in Israel, helping founders and investors maximize their potential.
Yoav holds an MA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Neta Kaduri
Netta brings passion & excellence to EcoMotion in her role at taking the community to the next level. Netta is responsible for building networks with the ecosystem, constructing the infrastructure and managing a wide range of partnerships to provide opportunities for the startups.
Netta is a certified Lawyer and holds an LL. B Diploma (Summa Cum Laude) and a B.A. in Business Management from the IDC Herzliya. Netta has gained an extensive experience in leading educational and social programs, planning events as an IDF Education Officer.

Ziv Hova Meshulam
Branding and visual impact have been Ziv's passion for more than 20 years. Aiming at customer experience while the conscious and unconscious connections between color, form and emotion fascinate him. Ziv is responsible PR, designing and producing various events that the communities hold aiming to excite and surprise. Ziv specialized in retail branding and has gained extensive experience in setting up pop-up complexes. Ziv is a graduate of the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at Tadmor.
